PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWICHES

The peanut butter and jelly sandwich or PB&J is a typically North American sandwich that includes a layer of peanut butter and either Grape jelly or Strawberry jam on bread, commonly between two slices, but sometimes eaten open-faced or with one slice folded over.
Today we learned how to make it... and here are the results!! We did have an excellent time!!

Did you know that a 2002 survey showed the average American will have eaten 2,500 of these sandwiches before graduating from high school?? Awesome!! .

THANKSGIVING

Today is Thanksgiving Day!!! It is a national holiday celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. Several other places around the world observe similar celebrations. It is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States and on the second Monday of October in Canada. Thanksgiving has its historical roots in religious and cultural traditions, and has long been celebrated in a secular manner as well.
