XI CONCURSO MICRORRELATO

O Equipo de Dinamización da Lingua Galega da EOI de Pontevedra, en colaboración coa Concellaría de Normalización Lingüística do Concello de Pontevedra, convoca o XI Certame de Microrrelato en Galego “EOI de Pontevedra”.

DATA: XOVES 15 de abril ás 19:30h (duración: 2 horas)  

LUGAR: salón de actos da EOI de Pontevedra e, simultaneamente, nas sección do Valle Inclán, A Estrada e Lalín.  

RELATOS: as persoas participantes deberán crear un texto literario de 150 palabras como máximo “in situ”, durante 2 h, a partir da “inspiración” que lles suxiran 3 palabras escollidas polos escritores colaboradores no certame.  

PARTICIPANTES: Poderán participar no concurso todas as persoas que o desexen (sexan ou non alumnado da EOI de Pontevedra).  

Non dubides en participar e moita sorte! Pon á proba as túas habilidades literarias! Mais de 450€ en premios!

LINGUISTIC EXCHANGES AT EOI PONTEVEDRA: BRINGING LANGUAGE LEARNERS TOGETHER

Now that you are studying a foreign language, would you like to connect with native speakers abroad and share your passion for learning? The Equipo de Dinamización da Lingua Galega at school is carrying out a new project aimed at bringing together language learners who can support each other. They are organizing exchanges in different languages that will allow students to find a partner to chat and improve their linguistic skills as they also acquire first-hand cultural knowledge. 

Do not miss this opportunity to practise the language you are studying and become more confident! Who knows? You may find a friend for life!

DATA: mércores 10 de abril de 2019 ás 19:30h (duración: 2 horas)  

LUGAR: salón de actos da EOI de Pontevedra e, simultaneamente, nas sección do Valle Inclán, A Estrada e Lalín.  

RELATOS: as persoas participantes deberán crear un texto literario de 150 palabras como máximo “in situ”, durante 2 h, a partir da “inspiración” que lles suxiran 3 palabras escollidas no momento de comezar a proba.  

PARTICIPANTES: Poderán participar no concurso todas as persoas que o desexen (sexan ou non alumnado da EOI de Pontevedra).  

PREMIOS:

1º premio: vale de 200€ para a compra de libros, CDs ou DVDs en galego
2º premio: vale de 150 € para a compra de libros, CDs ou DVDs en galego
3º premio: vale de 100€ para a compra de libros, CDs ou DVDs en galego
Ademais, o xurado resérvase a posibilidade de entregar dous accésits de 50€ cada un.

CARNIVAL AT SCHOOL

Conferences are what you make of them. If you are not sure why you are attending or what you want to get out of the experience, you are unlikely to get it. So, for the new conference at school next Friday 21 February do not just be a passive observer. Become an active listener and get ready to pose questions that challenge the speaker!

A NEW WRITING COMPETITION AT SCHOOL

The Equipo de Dinamización da Lingua Galega at the EOI together with the City Council proudly announce its eighth writing competition for Microrrelato en Galego. The competition will take place next Tuesday 21 March at 18.00 and will last for two hours. Find out more about the competition and how to enter by clicking on the image below. 

You can also take part by making your own contributions to the competition suggesting the words that contestants will have to include in their pieces of writing. Give us your ideas at the school entrance and do not miss this wonderful opportunity to show your writing skills.

... and the day finally came.. Sés arrived at school a bit early and helped us get in the mood with a nice cup of coffee in the canteen.. Then she talked, smiled, made us laugh and sang!! I felt like home with her, didn´t you?

Se vos animades a participar, teredes que ler algún texto seleccionado dos distintos autores homenaxeados este ano.

PREMIO XOAN MANUEL PINTOS 2016

Our school has been appointed by the local council to present a proposal for the Xosé Manuel Pintos Award. Therefore, we would like to invite all the members of our community to participate in the event by casting their vote with their ideas before January 27. Until then there will be a polling area at the school entrance with information on the election process and also a voting booth where the voters may write the candidate of their choice in secret. Your vote will really count this time, so do not hesitate to take part in the process. Make your voice heard!! Go to the polling place at the school and register your opinion on who deserves the award.

THE EOI ON THE RADIO!!

From 7 to 11 December you will be able to listen to some of the students at our school talking on the radio.... Carlos, a teacher of the Galician Department, our French teacher assistant and a couple of students will turn into radio celebrities for a week!! Do not miss them live at 11.26 and 11.56 on Onda Cero (103.6) from Monday to Friday next week!! For more information on how the activity has taken place you can have a look here.

The EDLG team at school invites all students to go on a walking tour around the city to get to know the places that have a lot to do with Frai Martín Sarmiento.
