LET'S GIVE OUR TEACHER ASSISTANT A WARM WELCOME!

I am glad to inform you that our English Department has just been appointed a new foreign language assistant for the school year 2021-2022.  Her name is Nasly. She is from New York and she will presumably be involved with conversation classes. This is her first time in Pontevedra and is really looking forward to working at our school community. We just can't wait to meet Nasly. Please, let's get ready to greet her with open arms!!

LET´S GET READY TO WISH ROSS GOOD LUCK AND FAREWELL FOR THE FUTURE

Good-bye is always hard to say, but we may acknowledge the fact that we should cherish the best times with the loved ones and pray for their success. Saying farewell to Ross is going to be painful but let's show him our love and respect. We have seen Ross grow up as a teacher for two years. Time flies super fast! It seems as if he came yesterday and he is already leaving. He will be missed! All the best, Ross!

OUR LANGUAGE ASSISTANT

I am glad to inform you that our English Department has just been "re-appointed" our foreign language assistant for the school year 2019-2020. His name is Ross. He is from USA and he will presumably be involved with conversation classes. He has been living in Pontevedra for a year now and is looking forward to come and join our school community again. We are excited about meeting Ross so, let´s get ready to give him a warm welcome!!

Ross will be teaching my C1.2 students every week! I am sure that he will be more than glad to teach you!!

His name is Jarrett. He is from North Carolina in USA and he will presumably be involved with conversation classes. He lives in Pontevedra and has just started to work at our school community. We are looking forward to meeting Jarrett so, let´s get ready to give him a warm welcome!!

Jarrett will be teaching my Intensive Course students in february. I am afraid we won't meet him until then! but you will see him in the school corridors and he will be more than glad to talk to you!!

LEARN ENGLISH CHOIR

I would like to remind everybody that singing is a very healthy activity. It uses your mind, your body and your heart. Besides, learning English through singing is also a way to improve pronunciation and increase your vocabulary. So, don't miss this great opportunity to reinforce what you are learning in class and join Bonnie Cooper, who directs the LEARN ENGLISH CHOIR every Tuesday at 20.00 at school.

Her name is Bonnie Cooper. She is from Newmarket, Ontario, in Canada and she will presumably be involved with conversation classes. She lives in Pontevedra and is already working at our school community. She is a conversation teacher with Materlingua, our students' association. We are looking forward to having Bonnie here next week. So, let´s get ready to give her a warm welcome!!
